EAHIL-L discussion list for all EAHIL members

EAHIL-L is an electronic discussion list for all EAHIL members. EAHIL-L is based on the same software, i.e. LISTSERV, as MEDLIB-L, the discussion list run by the Medical Library Association. EAHIL-L is intended as an electronic forum for ideas, questions, and announcements specific to EAHIL members. The list will stimulate interaction and discussion between all EAHIL members. An electronic mail/message sent to the list is delivered in a matter of seconds to all people currenty subscribing to the list. Only EAHIL members can subscribe to the list.

Sending mail to the list

The list address (EAHIL-L (at) nic.surfnet.nl) is for the actual discussion; any mail you send to EAHIL-L (at) nic.surfnet.nl will be sent to all the people currently subscribing to EAHIL-L. So if, for example, you are writing to ask about a new job, make sure you write a new message directly to the person. Otherwise everyone will know about it.

You must never send any command to EAHIL-L (at) nic.surfnet.nl, as it would be distributed to all the people who have subscribed. All listserv commands or requests (i.e. subscribe, unsubscribe, info, help and so on) must be sent to the adminstrative address (listserv (at) nic.surfnet.nl).
